Jeff is currently Ted's roommate in Minneapolis. He lives there happily with his cat, Mercedes, and his copy of EverQuest.
Jeff met Melissa in 1998 at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, where they all work seasonally. The two got along very well as friends, and soon the two were planning with Mike to get a townhouse together. Soon after the move, Jeff found himself dining at The Gardens of Salonica with Mike and Melissa while the two coined phrases for Cthulhu Coffee; a few minutes later, he found himself contributing brain power to the project as well.
Due to conflicts related to a his graveyard shift employment, Jeff was unable to attend CONvergence 2000, but successfully observed the fruits of his labor at CONvergence 2001.
